Booking Appointments

To book an appointment, please call (860) 778-6802. We recommend that you call a day or two in advance but please feel free to call last minute and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. To reserve your service we ask for a credit card number to hold the appointment. This will be taken at the time the appointment is booked. If under the age of 18 you will need a guardian to sign a permission slip. If you have had a major surgery in the last 6 months please inform us at the time of the appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Please note that the time scheduled is your treatment time. If you are running late, please call. Time may be deducted from your treatment.

First-time clients

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment in order to fill out the massage therapy intake form. You can save time by clicking here to download the form, filling it out at home and bringing it in with you.


If for any reason you may have to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment you will be charged the full amount to your credit card.

Cell Phones/Beepers

When you arrive, please turn all cell phones off. This ensures that we provide the best service for you as well as other clients.


We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Healing Bean Massage, LLC gift certificates, checks and cash.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates, gratuity or cash.


Gratuity is not included in pricing. Also, no tips can be left from gift certificates.


A credit card is needed to reserve party. Please note that parties a 72-hour cancellation notice is required. If no notification of cancellation is given, resulting in a no-show, 100% of the party will be charged to your credit card.

Right of Refusal

Healing Bean Massage, LLC has the right to refuse an appointment or client should we feel that it is not in the best interest of the client or therapist to perform any given treatment.
